How does this work?

Simple! Order the series of tapes you need, we will ship them Priority Mail and you get 7 days to watch them. Then just package the tapes back in the original box, and affix the enclosed label and hand the box to your mail carrier. It comes to you pre-paid for return shipping!

How much does this cost?

We rent our tapes for about 20% of retail price. On that we add REAL ACTUAL NOT MARKED UP shipping charges, plus a buck for handling. You pay for shipping both ways up front.

How long to I get to watch the tapes?

We ship on a 10-day cycle. We figure 3 days to ship to you, then 7 days to watch. If you need another week, no problem, send us an e-mail and we charge you an additional ½ price rental. No prior notice and it is billed at 100%.

So what's the catch?

No catch, your are renting these tapes just as if you went down the street and rented a movie for the kids. You do not however get manuals or software. All of our tapes stand on their own without any additional books or software programs.

What do I use for a manual?

I recommend you use whatever your instructor uses. Gleam, ASA, or you can certainly buy a manual directly from John & Martha. Use what ever you instructor teaches from. I used an ASA book on my private and it worked very well with the King Private videos. You can purchase a manual cheaper than I can sell you one anyway.

Can I copy these tapes and watch them later?

Not legally. It is absolutely illegal to copy these tapes, even for your personal use. No the FBI probably won't show at your door and check your tape shelf, but it is wrong and it is illegal. We will not rent to you if we suspect you will copy. If you need a set of tapes to keep, buy them from John & Martha.....

Why do I get voice mail during the day?

We are a home-based business so we have regular jobs, kids, and trips to Wal-Mart to make. Our voice mail is always on, and we will answer if we are home. If not, please leave a message and we will absolutely return your call if you want to talk in person. We check e-mail many times a day, and check for faxes also. We will ship your order ASAP and usually within 24 hours. We are not a fly-by-night ( pun intended ) internet biz; we have been in the same physical location since we bought this business in November of 1999.
